Complete Heavy-Duty Diesel PM Service — In Shop Keep your truck maintained and ready for the road with our Complete Heavy-Duty Diesel Preventive Maintenance Service performed at our HTX Fleet Services location. This service is designed for Class 8 trucks and heavy-duty diesel engines, including Cummins ISX/ISX15 and comparable applications. Our PM service goes beyond a basic oil change. We replace the primary maintenance filters and engine oil while performing a general inspection to identify visible leaks, worn components, fluid concerns, and other potential problems before they lead to downtime. Service Includes Engine Oil & Lubrication Drain and replace engine oil Up to 12 gallons of heavy-duty diesel engine oil Replace engine oil filter Inspect drain plug and sealing surface Check for visible engine oil leaks Verify oil level after service Fuel System Replace applicable diesel fuel filter(s) Prime fuel system as required Inspect accessible fuel lines and connections for visible leaks Air & Cab Filtration Replace engine intake air filter Replace cabin air filter Inspect accessible intake ducting and clamps Basic Preventive Maintenance Inspection Check coolant level and condition Check power-steering fluid Inspect accessible belts and hoses Check for visible engine, coolant and fuel leaks Inspect battery terminals and connections Visual inspection of accessible air lines and hoses Check exterior lighting General visual inspection of engine compartment Verify vehicle operation following service Parts Included Service package includes: Up to 12 gallons heavy-duty diesel engine oil 1 engine oil filter Applicable diesel fuel filter(s) 1 engine air filter 1 cabin air filter Necessary basic service consumables Exact oil capacity, filter quantities and filter part numbers vary by truck, engine configuration and VIN.
